It's 4 the Girls...

Who we are:

It’s 4 the Girls… Period is a mission of St. John’s United Methodist Church. We work to serve the working poor and homeless girls and women in Anderson County with sanitary hygiene items. Twice monthly we meet and pack items to distribute to those in need.

Items that we need for our mission include menstrual pads of all sizes and types, tampons, individually wrapped feminine wipes, and panty liners individually wrapped (no incontinence products, please).

Donations can be made to one of our many donation stations in Anderson County. Look for them at the following businesses:

  • Green Heart Awakening
  • Arnolds of Anderson
  • St. John’s United Methodist Church
  • Retro Gaming Lounge
  • Magnetic South Brewery
  • Debbie’s Got the Tea, LLC
  • Figs Café & Farmacy
  • Starbucks in Clemson
  • United Way of Anderson County

If you wish for us to do the shopping for you, checks can be made payable to St. John’s UMC with “It’s 4 the Girls” written on the memo line. Checks can be mailed in or taken to the church office.
